Clear color. Smoky aromas and flavors of charred agave piña, alpine herbs, steamed red bean buns, honeysuckle, and green papaya salad with a satiny, crisp, dryish light body and a peppery, medium-length finish revealing overtones of white pepper, underripe pineapple, and cream. A smooth, earthy Tequila with hints of charred agave.

Silver or Blanco/White Tequilas are clear, with little (no more than 60 days in stainless steel tanks) or no aging. They can be either 100% agave or mixto. Silver Tequilas are used primarily for mixing and blend particularly well into fruit-based drinks.
