Clear color. Aromas and flavors of vanilla fondant, roasted peppers, herbed cheese, and dried papaya and pineapple with a fruity medium body and a warming, compelling, medium-long finish imparting accents of powdered sugared dates and yams and cracked pepper. A silky, fruity blanco with plenty of agave wrapped in a creamy frame; will be a very nice sipper or cocktail choice.
