Medium dark amber color. Aromas of honey drenched and spiced figs, wood fired grilled peach and apricot, fudge and pound cake, and apple butter on thick cut bacon with a fat body and a very long figs and dates drizzled in honey, fudge and shortbread, apple butter, and leather satchel of fruity pipe tobacco finish. Like sweet honeyed fruits over an open flame wood fire used to top a fig infused sticky toffee pudding; fecking figs that is delicious.

Island Whisky refers to whisky made on the islands off the Scottish mainland, except for Islay. This includes the Orkney Isles; and the Western Islands (Arran, Jura, Mull, and Skye). These whiskies are characterized by various levels of smokiness and a distinctive, ethereal sea air quality.
