Clear gold color. Chemical, fruity, toasty, overripe aromas and flavors of malty, barrel spice, and a touch of sherry influence, dried red fruit, red apple, vanilla, and cocoa, and wet grass and earth with a satiny, shy, dryish light-to-medium body and a warming, refreshing, medium-length finish that exhibits notes of black tea, dried dates and figs, bitter toffee and raisin bran, and fresh cut grass. A proper benchmark Irish Whiskey with subtle notes of vanilla bean and fresh cut grass.

Blended Irish Whiskey is a blend of malt and grain whiskies that makes up a large majority of Irish Whiskey production. It can be blended with Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, allowing for any combination of the three to fall under the category. Any grains may be used, as well as it may be distilled in pot and/or column stills, and it may be made at a single distillery or multiple distilleries.
