Aromas and flavors of green apple and lemon, extinguished candle, vinyl pool toy, and marzipan with a velvety, lively, dry medium body and a tingling, stimulating, agreeable finish evoking notes of lemon, garden herbs, green apple, and crab apple. A savory, classic Italian white for a variety of food pairings; needs a bit of decanting to really open up.
