Herbal, fruity aromas and flavors of strawberry lavender shrub, cranberry-lemon chutney, and citronella with a supple, vibrant, effervescent, fruity sweet medium body and a smooth, intriguing, medium-long finish with accents of tangerine and cherry sorbets and pickled watermelon rinds. A wonderfully spicy and herbaceous pink bubbly Dessert Wine that will be a fine way to finish a meal or start a cocktail.
