Yellow straw color. Aromas and flavors of red apple, under ripe strawberry and raspberry, lingonberry preserves on a warm croissant, and button mushroom with a velvety, finely carbonated, dry medium body and a long finish that exhibits notes of pear, yellow and red apple, and crab apple, vanilla raspberry nougat, brioche, and marzipan. A fresh, easy drinking sparkling wine with notes of orchard fruit and red berries that will add a literal pop to any night of the week.

Blanc de Noirs
Blanc de Noirs is a term used for sparkling wine that means "white from red." In Champagne, a Blanc de Noirs is made from red grapes exclusively (Pinot Noir and/or Pinot Meunier); there is no skin contact, so a Blanc de Noirs Champagne has just a trace or blush of color.

Blanc de Noirs for other sparkling wines, such as those produced in California, must contain red grapes, but white grapes are allowed. These wines do have some copper or salmon color to them.

As a Blanc de Noirs will contain all or some red varieties in the finished cuvée, these can be paired with main courses, especially duck, game birds or veal.
