Aromas and flavors of cherry maple fudge, pecan pie with berry sauce, and bourbon barrel with a satiny, bright, moderately sweet medium-to-full body and a graceful, complex, long finish that shows elements of mincemeat pie with whipped cream, marmalade, and pink pepper with moderate oak flavor. A spicy and distinctive domestic port with lovely layers of bourbon barrel notes.
