Yellow color. Aromas and flavors of white peach, buttery tart tatin, and limestone with a racy, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a huge, long finish that shows elements of flaky croissant, crisp pear d’anjou, cinnamon butter, and white tea. Crisp, dry, rich and lightly spiced all at the same time with a luxurious mousse and a finish that would seemingly go on forever if you were not pouring a second delicious glass so soon.

Blanc de Blancs, literally "white from white" refers to a Champagne that is made with only white grapes. For Champagne that white grape is exclusively Chardonnay. Blanc de Blancs also pair beautifully with many types of seafood, from grouper to tilapia.
