Light golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of cocoa and cinnamon mole, hazelnut, black pepper applewood smoked bacon, and peach cobbler with a round, vibrant, dry medium body and an interesting, long finish imparting accents of cocoa, cinnamon and peanut brittle, pralines and walnut, and raspberry blossom honey. Fascinating and deliciously complex; there are few Bourbons that make you come back and investigate for more like this one does.
