Aromas and flavors of orange blossom, honey, apricot stone, lime zest, caraway, albariño, and ripe sour cherry with a supple, vibrant, dryish light body and a graceful, compelling, medium-length finish. An eau-de-vie like Whiskey that sings with high notes of the rye grain; delicate and sophisticated.
