Aromas and flavors of buttered kettle corn, peach creme brulee, mocha toffee, and buttercream frosted cup cakes with a fruity medium-to-full body and a smooth, subtle, long finish that shows notes of honey buttered cinnamon raisin toast, raspberry white chocolate truffles, and sassafras float. A decadent, super creamy, almost buttery, Rye with a kaleidoscope of attractive flavors; this will be great as a slow sipper to see how it evolves, or a top shelf cocktail base.
