Light light red color. Aromas and flavors of rose water, papaya and orange zest, persimmon, and potpourri and Herbs de Provence with a velvety, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a sleek, interesting, medium-length finish revealing accents of persimmon, passionfruit, and red grapefruit. Nice floral notes mingle with tropical red fruits; this will be lovely with a light spritz on a beach somewhere.

Serve in a Copita
Broadly speaking, an aperitivo drink is any beverage intended to "open up the palate" and is drunk before a meal. An aperitivo liqueur is typically bitter, light, and served in spritz with sparkling wine and/or mineral water. Campari and Aperol are two well-known products in this category.
