Aromas and flavors of toasted hazelnut, over roasted peanuts, roasted cocoa nibs, and green coffee and herbs with a round, off-dry medium body and an effortless, intriguing, medium-length finish with shades of roasted mixed nuts, cocoa nibs and milk chocolate, tootsie roll, and nutter butter. A chocolate liqueur that is not cloyingly sweet and seems mindfully made for stirred cocktails due to its clarity; this would work well in many applications, but it begs for an Espresso Martini.
