Clear color. Aromas and flavors of poblano, chihuahua cheese, toasted seeds, and lime pepper with a soft, vibrant, dry light-to-medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-length finish with nuances of heart of palm, petrichor and sage, lime zest, and green pepper. Very green and vegetable, really showing the flavor of the agave, with a mineral driven backbone and a touch of creaminess to the mouthfeel keeping everything in balance.

Silver or Blanco/White Tequilas are clear, with little (no more than 60 days in stainless steel tanks) or no aging. They can be either 100% agave or mixto. Silver Tequilas are used primarily for mixing and blend particularly well into fruit-based drinks.
