Golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of vanilla banana ice cream, butterscotch, and lemon curd with a velvety, dry medium body and a long finish displaying overtones of banana vanilla cream pie, cinnamon, and butterscotch. A very well made Rum for the back bar that is versatile and will play nicely in any standard Rum application.
