Amber color. Aromas and flavors of vanilla frosted cinnamon roll with a hint of apple fritter, caramel corn, cherry marzipan, and orange zest and Tootsie pop with a velvety, lively, dry medium body and a peppery, elegant, medium-long finish with notes of cherry and honey, apple cinnamon and vanilla, coffee cake, ginger, leather, and and praline. A bold Whiskey with just a bit of boozy kick that is absolutely delicious as a sipper or cigar pairing; even at the higher proof, this is really complex and packed full of flavors.

American Straight Whiskey
An American straight whiskey is one that less than 160 proof (80% ABV) from a fermented mash of at least 51% corn, rye, malted barley, wheat or malted rye and has been age for at least two years in charred oak barrels. Straight whiskies may be produced from a blend of straight whiskies produced in the same state. Offering a coper or amber color and displaying notes of caramel, toffee and baking spices among others, these are generally used for mixing with soda or tonic or used in cocktails.
