Aromas and flavors of grilled bananas, chocolate nuts and citrus peels, pumice, and artichoke heart with a silky, bright, dryish light-to-medium body and a warming, stimulating, medium-long finish with impressions of mango chutney, pepper, and hint of diesel. A savory, artisanal Rum with a nice sense of place; rock with sophisticated cocktails or cigars.
