Clear gold color. Grainy, malty, baked, fruity aromas of nutmeg and banana, cola and coriander, apple, matcha, and lemon peel, and bubble gum and new car leather with a satiny, shy, dryish light-to-medium body and a warming, charming, medium-length green caramel apple, bleu cheese and black pepper, and orange marmalade finish. A spice-forward Irish Whiskey that will lend itself well to cocktails.

It can be blended with Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, allowing for any combination of the three to fall under the category. Any grains may be used, as well as it may be distilled in pot and/or column stills, and it may be made at a single distillery or multiple distilleries.
