Clear golden amber color. Malty, toasty, baked, roasted aromas and flavors of apples and ripe pears, orange zest and honey, toasted wheat and raisins, and banana bread with a satiny, flat, dryish light-to-medium body and a warming, complex, medium-long finish that shows accents of dried apricot, wild flower honey, and roasted cashew, toffee, and toasted grains and chocolate malt. A wonderful Irish Whiskey sure to make your nose and palate sing.

It can be blended with Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, allowing for any combination of the three to fall under the category. Any grains may be used, as well as it may be distilled in pot and/or column stills, and it may be made at a single distillery or multiple distilleries.
