Light gold color. Aromas and flavors of honeycomb, yellow flowers, vanilla and dry hay, and candied lemon with a velvety, crisp, dry medium body and a warming, interesting, medium-length finish conveying nuances of orange blossom honey and apple, dry straw and lemongrass, vanilla, and ginger and nutmeg. Elegant and grain forward for those that like to taste the barley, this is redolent with lemongrass, citrus, and light honey notes.
