Dark amber color. Aromas and flavors of green onion, fresh romaine lettuce, licorice, sunflower seeds, dried pineapple, and copper pot with a round, bright, dryish light body and a warming, appealing, medium-long finish imparting accents of sweet soy, bananas foster, candied orange and ginger, and white pepper. A round and warming rum that shifts from a distinctively vegetal nose to a creamy and caramelized palate; very fun for cocktails.
