Murky slivery straw color. Aromas and flavors of lemon, lemon verbena and lemon zest, and lemon grass and dried white flowers with a velvety, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium body and an interesting, medium-length finish with nuances of candied lemon zest, lemon oil, dried white flowers, and lemon curd. A very nice light and nuanced lemon aroma and flavor that is sweet and surprisingly not too sticky on the palate.

Limoncello Liqueur

Limoncello is one of the most popular liqueurs in the world. Traditionally made by macerating lemon zest in grappa, modern Limoncellos are made by macerating lemon peel, oils, natural or artificial flavors in a variety of base spirits. These liqueurs are a classic after dinner digestivo and also work well in cocktails, pastries and other desserts.
