Aromas and flavors of caramelized yams and plantain, spicy egg nog, and sesame and oranges with a silky, bright, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a smooth, medium-length finish with notes of chai, honey roasted pepper, wet palo santo, and almond cookie with caramel finish. A flavorful, well balanced reposado that will be versatile.
