Golden yellow color. Aromas and flavors of buttered croissant and hint of Denver omelet with a satiny, bright, dryish medium body and a smooth, interesting, medium-length finish with notes of pear salad, salted nuts, and hint of white clay. A spot-on golden ale with great balance and refreshment.
