Brick red color. Aromas and flavors of chocolate pudding parfait and macerated red berries with a satiny, bright, spritzy, dry light-to-medium body and an effortless, charming, medium-length finish displaying notes of dried figs, sarsaparilla root, and dark fudgy butterscotch. Rich and wintery desserts on the nose with a light body that makes this super easy to drink.

Mild ales are brown to dark brown in color and range in alcohol from 3-4.5%. These beers feature sweet malt flavors and subtle hop bitterness, all within a lower alcohol framework. This beer is the epitome of a “session” beer and peaked in popularity in English pubs in the 1940s. Today this style has since declined in popularity, but occasionally appears in the U.S. market. Noteworthy examples of this style include: Three Floyds Pride & Joy Mild Ale, Moorehouse’s Black Cat and Revolution Workingman Mild.
