Aromas and flavors of toasted brioche, salumeria, green herbs, and pickled cherry with a satiny, bright, effervescent, dry medium body and a delightful, medium-long finish that exhibits accents of toasted grains, salted cream and brioche, bitter alpine herbs, and rye bread. Refreshing yet with some rich savory qualities that start cravings for a deli sandwich.
