Aromas and flavors of dried lemon wheel, wet limestone, green apple, and white flowers with a velvety, vibrant, effervescent, dryish medium body and a captivating, medium-length finish with shades of candied lemon zest, green apple, tangerine emergen-c, and old flower water. Light and pleasingly fizzy with a candied lemon and green apple flavor balanced with crisp acidity; an easy sipper that is suitable for food pairings and a solid palate cleanser.
