Light yellow straw color. Aromas and flavors of yellow peach, white flowers, orange blossom, and bitter apple skin with a satiny, soft, finely carbonated, moderately sweet medium body and a seamless, brief finish with touches of yellow apple, cherry cobbler, lemon lime soda, and lychee with no oak flavor. A pleasant bubbly to bookend a rich meal.

Piedmont Asti Spumante

Asti Spumante is Italy's largest producing appellation and a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in southeastern Piedmont. Made from Moscato Bianco grapes (aka Muscat Blanc a Petits Grains in France), these sweet sparkling wines boast bountiful apricot, peach, and honey notes. Asti Spumante is usually 7-9.5% ABV, truly sparkling, and not to be confused with Moscato d'Asti which has a lower ABV and is only slightly sparkling ("frizzante").
