Straw green color. Aromas and flavors of dried pineapple blossoms, dried mango with welsh’s white grape, candied yuzu, and white flowers with a round, crisp, dry medium body and a graceful, compelling, crisp finish that presents notes of valencia orange, key lime zest, candied flowers, and sweetened pineapple rings. Wonderful fruit with balanced acidity and just a touch of savory herb will make this a lovely aperitif.
