Aromas and flavors of lemon and apple, lemongrass, lilies, and green pear with a satiny, vibrant, dry medium body and a tingling, amusing, medium-to-long finish manifesting accents of lemon oil and lemon zest, blanched salted almond, and fennel and savory herbs. A well crafted and classic Verdejo that leaves you craving tapas.
