Brilliant straw color. Aromas of peach puree, fresh apricot, yellow apple, lime zest, and lemon candy with a satiny, lively, fizzy, moderately sweet light-to-medium body and an interesting, relaxed lemon curd, honeycomb, pineapple cola, mineral, and peach syrup finish with no oak flavor. An ethereal, delicious, and precisely balanced Sparkling Moscato; ready to pair with a fresh fruit and cream dessert - or replace dessert entirely.

Asti Spumante is Italy's largest producing appellation and a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in southeastern Piedmont. Made from Moscato Bianco grapes (aka Muscat Blanc a Petits Grains in France), these sweet sparkling wines boast bountiful apricot, peach, and honey notes. Asti Spumante is usually 7-9.5% ABV, truly sparkling, and not to be confused with Moscato d'Asti which has a lower ABV and is only slightly sparkling ("frizzante").
