Vin de Pays Sauvignon Blanc are produced in southern France, in areas such as the Pay d'Oc or the Languedoc. These Sauvignon Blancs are priced very affordably and are made for enjoyment with seafood - especially shellfish - or with vegetable dishes. They are dry, often with a tangy finish and are generally unoaked.
