Aromas and flavors of mushroom jerky, teriyaki-glazed bamboo shoots and bok choy stir fry, singed green coffee beans, and hint of barnyard with a dry-yet-fruity medium body and a hot, odd, breezy finish manifesting touches of fish and oyster sauce, mocha yogurt, and roasted hot peppers. A very earthy, savory and fiery flavored rum for daredevil cocktails and shots.
