Aromas and flavors of smoked peaches, toasted bread, and mesquite, walnut paste, tobacco, ginger candies, and mulled red wine steaming over wood embers with a satiny, dry medium-to-full body and a warming, complex, medium-length finish that shows shades of cinnamon, dates, clove, and fig jam, cedar box and sweet tobacco, smoked peaches, and cocoa nibs. A youthful yet layered and flavorful Whiskey that illustrates how the world is catching up on Celtic Single Malts.
