Medium golden straw color. Aromas and flavors of caramel, vanilla, banana pancake batter, and snickerdoodle with a velvety, lively, dry light-to-medium body and a rapid finish evoking accents of caramel banana chips, ethanol, and honeyed orange peel. A solid Rum for the back bar that will be serviceable in basic cocktails and shots, but specifically best in a Rum & Coke.

Golden Rums, also known as Amber Rums, are generally medium-bodied and a little sweeter to taste. Most have spent several years aging in oak casks, which give them smooth, mellow palates. They are a little darker than light Rum and a little lighter than Black Rum.
