Pale dark amber color. Attractive aromas of caramelized banana and pineapple, plantain matcha soufflé, circus peanut and rice pudding, and ’corrected’ coffee with grappa with a soft, medium-full body and a tingling, interesting, medium-long coffee gelato, polished wood and leather shoes, fig nut bread, and wrapped pencils finish. A light, dry aged rum that will add dimension to cocktails.
