Aromas and flavors of chocolate coconut macaroon, fruit custard tart, german chocolate cake and herbal winter cookies, and leather and cigar wrapper with a supple, bright, fruity medium-to-full body and a peppery, interesting, long finish conveying accents of spiced nuts, praline, chocolate mint cookie, and pepper. A nicely integrated, cask-strength, cask-finished Bourbon that nimbly combines power and pleasure.

Examples include but are not limited to used Rum, Cognac, Port, Sherry, Madeira, Stout, and maple barrels.
