Bronze color. Aromas and flavors of cinnamon honey granola, cocoa nibs, peach, and baked apple with a round, lively, dry medium-to-full body and a peppery, engaging, medium-length finish with notes of caramel apple, butter poached peach, leather and maduro tobacco, and cocoa tannins. Hot but not overwhelmingly so; tasty and hits all of the right notes, especially with a few drops of water.

A Cask-Finished Blended Straight Bourbon Whiskey will undergo additional maturation in one or more barrels, the previous contents of which contribute to the aromas and flavors of the final product. Examples include but are not limited to used Rum, Cognac, Port, Sherry, Madeira, Stout, and maple barrels.

Blended Boubon Whiskey is a blend of whiskies of which 51% must be a Straight Bourbon Whiskey. These quality of these blends runs the gamut from those made by economical blending less-than-stellar spirits, to creative craft spirits made by artfully mingling great whiskies.
