Amber color. Aromas and flavors of candied pepper, leather, brown banana, and cinnamon and vanilla roasted mixed nuts with a velvety, dryish medium body and a medium finish with accents of pickled pepper, vanilla candied walnuts, and banana bread. This should do well in a range of traditional cocktails and be a good companion for a cigar.
