Funky aromas and flavors of warm blackstrap molasses, copper pot, dried grasses, gingerbread, and allspice with a satiny, crisp, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a captivating, medium-length finish revealing nuances of mustard seed and butter finish. A spicy rum with copper-pot character and a rich molasses sweetness.
