Clear straw color. Tropical, candied, floral aromas of glazed donut, violets, artificial banana, and candied bacon with a round, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a peppery, compelling, medium green banana, bitter lime, carob, and black koji, rye crackers, and orange oil finish. Light and flavorful with just enough barrel to make an appearance without totally killing the agave flavor.
