Clear color. Umami, grassy, herbal, green aromas and flavors of fresh cut grass, lemon balm, parmesan/ umami, green pepper, cracked black pepper, and lemon pledge with a round, crisp, dry medium body and a warming, delightful, medium-length finish with touches of lemon grass, lemon pepper, roasted pineapple and plantain, cilantro, jalapeño, sweet peppers, licorice, and banana foster. A pleasant and refreshing blanco that lets the agave shine through.

Silver or Blanco/White Tequilas are clear, with little (no more than 60 days in stainless steel tanks) or no aging. They can be either 100% agave or mixto. Silver Tequilas are used primarily for mixing and blend particularly well into fruit-based drinks.
