Aromas and flavors of aloe, dates, caramelized yams and green peppers, and coconut milk with a soft, bright, dry medium body and a peppery, captivating, medium-length finish manifesting notes of honeyed roasted tropical fruits with herbs, coconut cream, pepper, and pine resin. A bright and buoyant blanco bursting with fruity, spicy agave aromas and flavors.
