Gold color. Aromas and flavors of caramelized nuts and tropical fruits, chocolate buttercream pastry, lacquered wood, and chicory coffee and buttery caramel corn with a velvety, bright, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a warming, amusing, medium-long finish manifesting notes of creme brulee with pepper jelly, strawberry short cake, salt water taffy, and white clay and tobacco. A dry and silky, wood-aged Rum that will be very versatile.
