Straw yellow color. Aromas and flavors of lotus flower, sage, basil, thyme, oregano, white flower and green apple skin, and umami and marzipan with a supple, soft, dryish light-to-medium body and a complex, medium-long finish that shows notes of sage, basil, thyme, oregano, lemon and sweet roasted garlic, and caraway and meyer lemon. A savory sipper as a chilled apéritif, as well as an excellent addition to enhance the herbaceous qualities of your Martini.
