Aromas and flavors of caramelized yams, thyme and epazote, grilled apples and peppers, and vanilla and copper with an racy, dry-yet-fruity full body and a hot, stimulating, medium-long finish revealing notes of minerals, apple syrup, and cardamom. A full-bodied blanco with a touch of sweet heat, herbs and minerality for a full blast margarita.
