Aromas and flavors of balsa wood, vanilla, roasted chestnuts, and salted caramel with a velvety, lively, dry medium-to-full body and a warming, distinctive, long finish conveying notes of sesame candies, over roasted honeyed cashews, leather and figs, and baking spices. Smoky roasted nuts with a dash of honeyed figs; a fascinating flavor excursion that is incredibly layered and nuanced and really subtle for its high proof.
