Dark copper color. Aromas and flavors of old leather and mahogany library, bananas foster, dark chocolate, and roasted nuts with a round, lively, dry medium body and a tingling, layered, long finish conveying notes of bass wood honey, dried cherries, grains of paradise, and strawberry rhubarb. Tastes like old luxury; leather, fruit, honey, finely aged tobacco.. they should pump this aroma into the high rollers room at a casino.

Luxury Armagnac includes those offerings of Armagnac that have become luxury or collectors' items. Mosat are vintage dated, some of them from as far back as the 1920s and 1930s. Often they are packaged in expensive wooden boxes and are priced upwards of $400, with a few reaching $1000. Yes, the Armagnac in the bottle is in fine shape - these are the ultimate in brandies for meditation.
