Aromas and flavors of dulce du leche gelato, caramel corn with roasted nuts, sweet potato pie, and honey nut cereal with an fruity medium body and a warming, interesting, long finish that exhibits notes of sweet cream with mint, horchata, pepper, and powdered sugar. A supple, fruit and caramel-driven blanco that will have wide appeal.
